Youth Classes
Foundation Class
Ages 8-12, the focus of CSP's Foundation Class is actually focus; teaching children to listen to coaches, follow direction and prepare them for participation in sports. Kids will have a great time while learning about body mechanics, foot work, balance, coordination, and speed. And a side benefit for parents – these little athletes will burn off all their energy!
Monday & Wednesday 4pm
Friday at 4pm (Ages 5-10)

Development Class
Ages 12 - 16, CSP’s Development Class covers all the technical training a young athlete needs to continue competing: speed, conditioning, form, and strength. It will also instill a high level of confidence as we build the young athlete both inside and out. We work to improve our athlete’s strength through progression from basic to advanced lifting techniques. This type of weight training not only ensures the safety with which an athlete can perform future bouts of exercise but also maximizes their athletic ability and output as it pertains to their sport(s).

Ages 12+, Chris Cooper, 10-year NFL Veteran, offers multiple levels of football training programs. Whether you are participating in youth, high school, college or professional football, our team of position specific experts can offer the necessary guidance to effectively prepare you for life on and off the field.

Baseball Training
Lead by Bip Roberts, athletes will meet with Bip at local batting cages for batting practice & coaching on hitting techniques. Limited spots are available. Baseball & Softball players welcome, all ages. Speed & Strength training at CSP is available as an add on to this package if desired.

Team Training
Bring your team to train with the best at CSP. We teach from ground up with proper form and alignment. Learning pregame routines that helps reduce distractions, minimize anxiety and allows them to focus. Your team can rent space to train with your own coaches or CSP coaches can train your team for you!
Young athletes will develop a foundation for team sports; teamwork and good sportsmanship, understanding their sport, and knowing how to play the game. These classes will provide a strong focus on keeping the team together as a cohesive group and teaching kids at all ages that the more they play together the better they become!
