Foundation

Ages 8-12

This program is Phase 1 of sports preparation as we prepare these little athletes for a lifetime of healthy training practices and for their future in sports.

This class is inspired by Mohammed Ali's famous quote “Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee”.  ​

The focus of our Foundations program is to develop speed through bodyweight strength exercises, biomechanics, and coordination exercises. The class introduces young athletes to sports performance, and builds a strong athletic foundation through the use of sound teaching methods with a focus on speed, coordination, and agility. 

  • Learn the mechanics of speed at a developmentally primed age 

  • Bodyweight power generation training 

  • Speed and agility

  • Footwork and quick first step and speed training

  • Coordination, balance and core training

And a side benefit for parents – these little athletes will burn off all their energy!

Development

Ages 13 – 15

Development is Phase 2 of athletic training. It builds on the Foundation program learned in Phase 1 and emphasizes teamwork, training, sports & motor skills. This program will prepare any student for high school athletics.​

This class covers all the technical training a young athlete needs to begin competing and as their bodies grow and mature; speed development, conditioning, form, and strength building.

 

This class will also instill a high level of confidence as we help the young athlete help conquer the challenges of adolescence both on and off the field.

 

Regardless of what level the child is when they start, they will be a much more confident and powerful competitor upon completion of this class.

 

High School Prep

Ages 14 – 18

This program is designed for competitive athletes who want to excel in their sport and complete high school sports at the top of their game. This training will also help prepare kids to play their chosen sport in college. ​​

For high school athletes who are serious about playing a college sport. Of course, it covers the basics of training; strength, speed, agility, but we’ll also give you the inside track – how to stay ahead of competitors, what coaches are thinking, mental preparation, and how to understand the mentality of your chosen sport.

We focus on the key aspects of speed in sports; change of direction, acceleration, max velocity, and strength & power training.  We develop ultimate athleticism through flexibility, speed, strength, power, agility and stamina.

Speed & Conditioning Programs 

Ages 10 & up

This program is designed for competitive athletes who want to utilize speed training as a tool to excel in their sport.  We focus on the key aspects of speed in sports; change of direction, acceleration, max velocity, and strength & power training.  We develop ultimate athleticism through flexibility, speed, strength, power, agility and stamina.

Team Training

In this program these young athletes will develop a foundation for team sports; teaming up with each other, understanding their sport, and knowing how to play the game. This class will provide a strong focus on keeping the team together as friends and teaching children at a young age that the more they play together the better they become!

In the program children will learn:

  • Mechanics of speed: How to become faster including how to stop and go and techniques for rapid acceleration

  • Quick first steps: How to get a jump on the ball or opponent

  • Planting and changing direction quickly including multi-angle movements and routes

  • Coordination: Developing strength, coordination, balance and core

  • Develop healthy, injury-free athletes for years to come

 

Personal Training

We'll create a unique workout plan to fit your needs and goals, and can accommodate an injury or other obstacle that might otherwise prevent you from exercising. If you only have a limited amount of time to work out, make sure it is focused, targeted training designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
