Sports Massage

Leslee Thomas, Certified Massage Therapist & Esthetician: Massage therapist to some of the best NFL players and veterans in the Bay Area. Leslie knows what is takes to keep an athlete tuned and ready to perform. From deep tissuse work to a relaxing massage, or rehab, here at CSP we know what it takes to keep you performing at your best.

Massage is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension. Relaxed muscles can experience an increase in range of motion and flexibility, in addition massage affects the cardiovascular system. It dilates blood vessels, which helps them work more efficiently to promote circulation and make for a faster recovery.

The relaxed lowered-tension state encourages focus, a good thing to have before going into any sport, group exercise class or competition. These benefits can lead to better athletic performance!
