Chris Cooper - Founder & NFL Veteran
NFL veteran Chris Cooper knows what it means to train hard and outwork the competition on every possible level. A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Chris earned All-American honors during his collegiate football career, landing a coveted roster spot at the East West Shrine game, a Division I all-star game.
As a top defensive lineman, he was invited to the NFL Combine after coming out of a small Division II school and realized his NFL dreams when he was drafted in 2001. Throughout his professional football career, Chris played for the Oakland Raiders, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals. He played for nine seasons and reached the highest echelon of his career when playing in Super Bowl XXXVII against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Chris is certified in PICP, Charles Poliquin Levels, I, II and III Sports Performance, Poliquin BioSignature II and Poliquin Program Design. In his post-NFL career, Chris founded Cooper Sports Performance to serve the next generation of youth, collegiate and professional athletes.
